100 percent Arinto fermented on the skins and macerated for about 6 months, but without oxygen, leaving the wine remarkably fresh, nuanced and with texture of an almost baked lemon and peach. This is a serious wine from a young, up and coming winemaker Miguel Nunes that will go perfect with spicy food and seafood.
