About Fermented

At Fermented, we are passionate about bringing quality, well made wines to Singapore. We have a close relationship with every winery that we partner with, and collaborate with them to bring their wines into the glasses of the Singapore consumer. We have exclusive relationships with every winery we have selected to represent. It is also our believe that amazing fermented grape juice doesn’t have to come at a steep price. So you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find highly rated wines at a very accessible price point!

Organic, Biodynamic, Sustainable

These are words that we’re now hearing a lot when it comes to wines, and at Fermented, this is a significant factor that we take into consideration when we make the decision to partner with a winery. All the wineries we work with have adopted at least one of these practices in their winery. You can read more here.

We’ve Tasted Every Wine We Bring In

Our Sommelier is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and built his career in San Francisco, one of the world class regions for wines, and where many professionals in the industry trained, and thrived on the ecosystem of wineries, winemakers, and distributors. Some of the wineries that we have partnered with are a result of relationships built in that thriving ecosystem.

With his origins in the west coast of the United States, our US wines from Walla Walla, Willamette Valley, Edna Valley, and Washington State are close to his heart. So it means so much to us to be able to bring to Singapore these wines, some of which have over 95 points rating on Wine Spectator, Decanter, Robert Parker and the likes.

We hope that you take a moment to have a sip of our wines through our wine tasting events, or just taking a leap and buying a bottle! We would love to savour them with you in person, but these Covid times have not been the best for social gatherings. So in the meantime, Buy a bottle, Join an Event, Reach out with any questions, and we look forward to popping some corks with you soon!

Cheers!
