Is This the Best Value Napa Winery?
The Vice was founded with the belief that the best wine is not the one with the highest price tag—it’s the wine that’s the most meticulously crafted. Since the wines arrived in Singapore a few months back, the success has been undeniable, with numerous top level restaurants picking them up quite quickly, including stalwart wine bar Praelum, modern Korean Guum, BoundbyWine, Deviate and so many others. These will go fast!
Founded by Torie and Malek Amrani, The Vice proudly crafts wine from 15 of Napa’s 16 sub-regions, and are currently the only vintner offering such a diverse portfolio of Napa Valley under one label.
From the vine to the bottle, they use only the best grapes from the very best vineyards. The wines are crafted with minimal intervention and finished with only the minimal sulfites necessary to ensure stability in transportation and on the shelf.
For their Single Vineyard wines, each batch is made from single grape varietals sourced from hand selected vineyards that best express the grape varietal and the region that it comes from.
We are so excited to showcase the diversity of their range and you will be certain to love each and every drop in your glass. I am loving the orange wines from Viognier and Gewurztraminer and all the Cabernet offerings punch well above their price points!
Bouquet of tangerine, peach and honeysuckle greets the nose. The palate is crisp, full and dry with flavors of green mango, dried apricot and wet stone. The finish is fresh and lively with balanced undernotes of beeswax and baby pineapple. Enjoy slightly chilled.
On the nose, the power and tenacity of the aromas are unmistakably new world character, but when tasted, this wine is the ultimate expression of a big Napa Cab. Plush core of concreted flavors, massive and well-structured tannins coat your entire palette with a satiny mouthfeel. The flavor spectrum is wide from start to the end of its very long finish, ranging from black fruit, dried violet, mocha, black tea and cigar. D 92

This is a beauty. 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville features delicately floral aromas, plus notes of sage and ripe cherries. Medium to full-bodied, it's an easy-drinking, red-fruited Cab with supple tannins coupled with modest depth and complexity.
Wonderfully aromatic orange wine made from Gewurztraminer with a beautiful light apricot hue—aromatics of cut cantaloupe, mandarin, peach fuzz and sweet gardenias. The palate is fleshy orange melon, candied ginger, papaya and notes of dried apricot.
Inky, dense and highly aromatic with highlights of huckleberry and violets. Potent and rich with bold personality, the huge mouthfeel offers layers of blueberry wrapped around velvety smooth tannins. The finish goes on and on. Since this Petite Sirah is unfiltered and un-fined, it will continue to be plush and juicy for years to come and slowly reveal notes of sandalwood, white pepper, tobacco and spice.
Surprisingly bright on the mouthfeel and cooling on the palate. Pop and pour ready! Black Fruit, Preserved Fruit, Pepper / Spice, and Herbaceous, Sweet Spice without the over-extraction one presumes of California Zinfandel.
Berry punch like nose with hints of cinnamon and dried savoury Mediterranean herbs. Velvety, supple and quite full on the palate with flavours of strawberry & raspberry jam, fig, brown sugar, earth and baking spice. The long finish is bold and dry.
Aged in new French oak (20 months) and then new American oak (12 months), the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Double Oak Stag's Leap District features notes of tart cherries and a bulky overlay of vanilla and cedar. It's medium to full-bodied. This is a wine opening up and finally coming into its own with soft tannins on the lingering finish.
With only a tiny proportion of oak (8% of the volume), the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Batch 111 The House features classic grapefruit and grassy aromas, plus hints of snow pea and pineapple. It's medium to full-bodied, plump, round and easy to drink, with enough citrus zest on the finish to keep me coming back for additional sips. RP 91
