Driven by passion for fine wines and applying more than eighteen years of wine-making experience, in 2001 they embarked on a new journey they called Loess, a high-end brand of wine. The vineyards are composed of different soils and climates. The Rueda vines were planted in 1936 and 1988 while the Ribera del Duero vines were planted in 1998. The technical director is Isaac Fernández Montaña who has 20 years of experience working with his uncle Mariano García in Bodegas Mauro, a respected winery in Castilla y León. The Ribera del Duero collection is 100% Tempranillo, and the Rueda Collection is 100% Verdejo.
