A family winery started in 1999 and is the first organic and vegan winery in Madrid, with 20 hectares of organic vineyards. Boutique production: 20.000 - 25.000 bottles. A winery offering 4 vegan wines, all produced organically with ecological certifications. This project is headed by winemaker Esther Morate Gutiérrez.
