We tasted this wine with owner and winemaker Malek Amrani last year when we visited and this is an elegant, not overly oaked, Bordeaux-like expression of Cabernet Sauvignon that we here in Singapore certainly love. It has red and dark fruit mixed with an earthy spice from 8 months in French oak, hints of cigar and cedar and a long, textured finish. This wine is definitely one to drink at Chinese New Year or hold for years ahead!
